It’s time for me to share with you my exciting news. I’ve been spending time with the kids, getting more freckly hanging on the beach, and truly enjoying this lifestyle. First, I wanted to thank God for blessing me and my family. I am so full of gratitude for what I have, what I have learned, and those that are in my life. I wanted to say thank you to all my friends who have emailed me, called and sent messages. I appreciate your support and friendship. I’m proud to be part of this great industry! There are so many wonderful opportunities and leaders out there, if anyone says they couldn’t find their perfect fit of a company or team, they need to keep looking.
I also wanted to thank those leaders and friends I worked with in my last company. For five years, we have grown together, we have shared victories and even stumbled together. I’m appreciative of your friendship and trust. I want you to know I acknowledge you and say a special THANK YOU.
Many people asked why I left my company. I won’t answer that here, in fact I believe that is a personal reason to me, and not for public discussion. Those that do know me, they realize that this was an emotional decision, one that wasn’t made lightly, made after much prayer and discussion with my family I made the best decision for my family.
And now I am excited to move forward.
When I reflect on my career in this industry, I sometimes pinch myself and think how this busy mom has developed and worked with teams of thousands responsible for millions of dollars in sales. I have traveled the world to share my story and help others work towards their goals. I have seen how the right product, the right amount of money… changes lives. And then I realize the magic of this industry, that no one person achieves success by themselves. It is all about rising up of others; and that is where I attribute my greatest success. I do whatever I can for those on my team to get to where they want to go; which takes me to where I want to go. Pure teamwork. Simple and yet a powerful principal. Well, I’m blessed to be able to do it again.
